There are many opinions as to how much water must be consumed, but on an average 2-liter of water is recommended for good metabolism and healthy well-being.

Research suggests that a fully grown adult must sleep for close to eight hours. Children, however, require ten hours while teenagers need nine to ten hours of sleep every day. Furthermore, artificial or natural stimulants such as coffee, energy drinks, or even the radiation from mobile phones can result in disturbed sleep. A relaxed mind is a healthy mind since energy is conserved leading to more activeness in the individual’s life.

As precaution is always better than cure, staying fit is also a way of evading unforeseen medical emergencies, especially related to internal health issues that can be mitigated with regular exercise and other steps listed above.
