IMPORTANT POTENTIAL EMPLOYMENT/JOB OFFER SCAM NOTICE

We (Ziqitza Health Care Limited – ZHL) are issuing this important potential employment/job offer scam notice to caution all individuals and organizations regarding potential unauthorized use of our name and logo for deceptive purposes, especially in matters connected to potential employment with ZHL.

We have recently identified instances where unauthorized individuals and/or entities have been exploiting the ZHL name and logo in an attempt to gain unlawful advantages using the name and banner of ZHL and its affiliated companies within the Ziqitza group of companies (Ziqitza).

ZHL and its group of companies adhere to a strict merit-based employee selection process. We wish to clarify that we neither solicit nor accept any form of payment and/or security deposit and/or any non-monetary consideration from job applicants during our recruitment procedures. It is imperative to note that we do not endorse, support, or engage in any activities that involve the unauthorized use of our company name for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

We urge everyone to exercise utmost caution and vigilance when engaging with any individual and/or entity claiming to represent ZHL. We have recently been informed of potential fraudulent activities related to job offers made on our behalf, where job-seekers are contacted by individuals and/or entities posing as ZHL representatives and/or agents, especially offering to get jobs in projects which ZHL manages for and on behalf of Governments, Government Agencies, Public Sector Companies, and leading Private Sector Companies. These scams often involve telephone or video interviews, accompanied by references to our official website and/or fake websites and/or our social media accounts and/or fake social media accounts. Fake employment offers bearing the ZHL logo may request payments for various purposes such as job offers, medical check-ups, training, certification, security deposit, agency fees, recruitment fees, accommodation deposits, etc., and more. In some cases, these fraudsters may also seek personal information, including your bank account details purportedly for salary payments. Regrettably, any funds transferred and/or paid to such fraudsters remain unrecoverable, and they subsequently cease all communication with the victims.

We have also noted a recent general increase in recruitment fraud involving scammers who post bogus job openings or contact job-seekers with counterfeit job offers. Some individuals and/or entities falsely claim to represent the ZHL HR and Recruitment Department and issue job offers. If you or anyone you know receives unsolicited or fraudulent communications regarding a job offer and/or interview with ZHL, particularly if it involves the payment of money or any other kind of non-monetary consideration, please remain vigilant and recognize it as a scam. When receiving an interview call, take precautionary measures such as visiting the official ZHL company website to verify the source and authenticity. All official emails from ZHL will come from the email address ending in @zhl.in.

How to Detect Scams

ZHL officials exclusively communicate through verifiable ZHL email addresses (ending in @zhl.in) and never employ generic email services like Gmail, Yahoo or any free web based email accounts.

The ZHL HR and Recruitment team does not request payments or fees (except training fees for relevant training courses for which official ZHL receipts are issued to the selected candidate) for any purpose throughout or after the recruitment process, nor do we solicit money in exchange for employment opportunities with ZHL. This policy applies uniformly across all projects, including those undertaken for and on behalf of Governments, Government Agencies, NHMs, State Health Societies, State Police Forces, Public Sector Companies and Organizations, Private Sector Companies and Entities, and International Organizations. It is imperative to note that we do not endorse, support, or engage in any activities that involve the unauthorized use of our brand identity for fraudulent or illegal purposes or for any unlawful gain in any manner whatsoever especially in matters connected to recruitment, job offers and employment.

Legitimate ZHL employment offers typically involve in-person interviews with ZHL HR & Recruitment Team in ZHL Offices or in previously announced and designated respectable hotels and / or business centers before any formal job offer is extended.

Scammers often employ tactics such as pressuring victims to respond quickly, insisting on confidentiality, and communicating solely via email and telephone without meeting in person.

Verify the information provided in suspicious letters and communications by conducting online searches on reputable platforms, such as Google or the official ZHL website o by visiting the ZHL Office.
