The coronavirus\u00a0has affected almost every aspect of our lives, leaving no exception.\u00a0This\u00a0adverse situation\u00a0has\u00a0compelled\u00a0us\u00a0to focus on increasing the emergency\u00a0care,\u00a0<strong><a style=\"text-decoration: none;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zhl.org.in\/book-an-ambulance\/\" class=\"broken_link\">ambulance<\/a><\/strong> and frontline workers to combat the pandemic. While we are struggling to improve our\u00a0overall healthcare system, the nature has\u00a0yet again hit us with multiple disasters in the past few days. As if, the novel\u00a0coronavirus\u00a0wasn&#8217;t enough!<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">In such tough times, we all might agree that\u00a0we\u00a0need\u00a0as\u00a0many emergency ambulance service frontline workers as possible.\u00a0We\u00a0have timely appreciated\u00a0their\u00a0role despite the\u00a0<a style=\"text-decoration: none;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zhl.org.in\/blog\/covid-19-struggles-emergency-ambulance-service-frontline-workers\/\" class=\"broken_link\"><strong>struggles\u00a0they&#8217;ve faced during the pandemic COVID-19<\/strong><\/a>. We also understand that offering them <a style=\"text-decoration: none;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zhl.org.in\/blog\/frontline-workers-need-more-than-support-appreciation\/\" class=\"broken_link\"><strong>more than\u00a0just appreciation<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0is need of\u00a0the hour. Despite all these factors, one might wonder why supporting the frontline workers is essential. Well, here&#8217;s why we believe\u00a0in supporting the <a style=\"text-decoration: none;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zhl.org.in\/services\/ambulance-services\/\" class=\"broken_link\"><strong>healthcare ambulance service<\/strong><\/a> frontline workers:<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>Crucial Role in Emergencies:<\/strong>\u00a0Amphan has\u00a0devastated\u00a0the coastal regions of West Bengal and\u00a0Odisha.\u00a0Similarly,\u00a0flood\u00a0<wbr \/>in Assam\u00a0and landslides\u00a0in Meghalaya\u00a0has worsened\u00a0the situation\u00a0in\u00a0our country.\u00a0Many affected\u00a0from\u00a0these disasters need emergency care. Hence, we\u00a0need frontline warriors the most to reach the affected for emergency care and patient transportation to the nearest hospital. Their vital role in post disasters compel us to support them.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>Increase their moral:<\/strong> There is shortage of frontline workers today. With the increase in\u00a0COVID-19 cases\u00a0and natural calamities, this has further increased the gap between the expected number and current number of frontline workers. Those working on ground zero are getting exhausted due to overload of work. In such a scenario, it is important that the\u00a0moral\u00a0of existing frontline workers is high or else they will also start losing hope of overcoming this series of difficulties any time soon. Thus, they need our support to keep up with the good work.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>Pay their worth:<\/strong> The frontline workers\u00a0are overworked\u00a0and risking their life everyday just to save our lives. They deserve to at least have the necessary PPE kit, decent pay and safety of their family. All of which will be possible only if they receive financial support from us.
